Cavapoo Pet Portrait Painting
Realistic Pet Portraits
Pheobe a Cavapoo painting in pastels. Cross between a Poodle and a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel the Cavapoo is a toy breed, making is a fantastic family pet. They are very good around small children and are very people friendly. One of the plus sides of owning curly dogs is that they do not shed as much hair as other breeds, definitely something to consider.
I like to paint in a tonal style this means in shades of light and dark. The background colour can pick out fur colour highlights on the animal’s coat, or the colour of it’s eyes, giving an overall appealing visual look to the finished piece. Having a background that is too busy can sometimes distract from the subject. Although I am also very happy to paint a simple scenic background.
Pet Portrait Framing
Framing is also important when considering commissioning a painting, and is not always the best way to go if you want to just match the decor of your room. Like background colour, the frame can highlight certain colours of the paintings expanding the overall appearance and feel.
