Molly is a cross breed Terrier
As a custom dog artist based in Devon I work from your favourite photograph. Molly was 15 years old when I painted her portrait and she looks so healthy and happy.
This cattle dog follow the link to read, nearly reached the age of 30!
Molly’s owner had a Giclee print made of her paintings so that she could give it to her mum as a gift. Both were framed in a gunmetal with an orange colour underlayer scoop moulding. This frame set off the painting perfectly.
Let me know if you would like a print of your commissioned pet portrait.
The word Giclée (“gee-clay”), is based on the French verb gicler which means “to squirt or spray” and was originally coined by printmaker Jack Duganne in 1991. Giclée printing is a fine art digital printing method using specialist archival pigment inks and acid-free papers; creating gallery-quality inkjet prints with excellent depth of colour, longevity and stability.
